There are a number of reasons why ads may not available and it may be beyond our control. Some common reason could be that the player has reached the viewing limits. Or the ad networks that serve the ads have run out of inventory or are unable to fill the ads in the game. There are also other factors that may affect this, such as player location which may affect availability. If they are not available now, they may be available at a later time.
