When the game starts up, it will go through a number of process before you are able to play the game. If you encounter at loading, the loading bar is stuck at [1/9], the issue may be with the game you downloaded.
As with Android, there are other platforms for players to download the game, through a 3rd party platform app or with an APK downloaded from 3rd party websites. If your game was downloaded from a 3rd party site, then it will get stuck at loading. We suggest downloading the game from Google Play Store and try again.
