How do you remove blocks?

Removing blocks in pairs is the key to this game. Players cannot tap on any blocks to remove. They will need to match blocks with the identical pattern. If the block has all four sides touching another block, the player will not be able match and remove it. They will  need to remove one or more of those blocks first before removing the block.
